Terms & Conditions
1. New online accounts must be opened by 30 September 2010.
2. Only existing clients who have a limtan.com.sg online trading account(s) are eligible for the program.
3. All existing account holders opening another new online trading account are not eligible for this promotion.
4. This sign-up promotion cannot be combined with any other sign-up promotions. In the event that you are eligible for more than one sign-up promotion (except for mTrade promotion), only one may be selected.
5. For introducer, the newly introduced client’s first trade must be completed within 3 months of account opening to be eligible for the promotion of S$30 limtan vouchers and S$50 NTUC FairPrice vouchers.
6. For newly introduced client, three (3) trades must be completed within 3 months of account opening to be eligible for the promotion of 1,200 limtan points or 6,000 NTUC Linkpoints.
7. Promotional vouchers will be sent by the end of the following month upon the friend's first trade.
8. All terms and conditions governing the use of limtan.com.sg voucher shall apply
9. It is the responsibility of the referring limtan.com.sg client to ensure that both his/her name and account number are clearly written on the referral form, failing which no vouchers shall be issued.
10. Lim & Tan Securities reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. All decisions made by Lim & Tan Securities on matters concerning this program are final.
12. All terms and conditions pertaining to Account Application shall apply.
* A trade refers to a completed contract. All buy orders of the same stock fulfilled on the same day will be amalgamated
into one contract. The same applies to all sales orders of the same stock fulfilled on the same day.
